Hi! I’m Lindsey. I am a registered yoga instructor and have been practicing yoga for over 20 years. I am also a lifelong athlete. I was a collegiate ski racer and ran varsity track in high school. I still love to run and ski. Yoga keeps me pain-free and able to keep doing these things as I move through my 40's and hopefully for decades to come!
